Patrick Chingoka – FIPMZ

Patrick has 40 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources, thirty years of which have been at a senior level.  As a respected and well-known Zimbabwean, Patrick is recognised as the doyen of Human Resource Management practice in the country.  He has an extensive network of business and political contacts throughout the region.

Geoffrey Goss – MIoD (UK)

Chief Executive Officer

Geoff has over 20 years of business experience in Zimbabwe, the last 15 of which have been at senior levels in the IT and Telecommunications industry.  Geoff is a well-known industry personality and has a strong corporate governance background, having served on the IoD Board for ten years and as CEO of ZSE listed counter Celsys Limited for four years.  Geoff was instrumental in the establishment of Lonzim Plc from pre-IPO until he left in 2010 to form Matamba Anonaka Technology Holdings. He is a successful entrepreneur and is a regular speaker at Regional Telecommunications and Investment Conferences.

Milan Vidovic – B.Sc. Elec. Eng. and Telecoms

Chief Operations Officer

Milan’s professional experience started in 1984 during the XIV Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo as a programmer and database analyst. Post qualifying, he worked at a German company called VUK Electonik as a programmer.  At the Ministry of Labour & Social Welfare, he was Head of the IT team in charge of the creation of a network for the identification, monitoring and distribution of humanitarian & medical aid during the first year of the Bosnian civil war (1992-93).

Milan moved to Zimbabwe in 1993 and started as an Engineering Manager at Systems Technology (Private) Limited in Harare and Bulawayo.  He moved on to CF Tulley & Associates where he was the Customer & Technical Services Manager, overseeing some thirty engineers and technicians countrywide.  In 2001 Milan established his own business, becoming the MD of IMR Zimbabwe (Private) Limited distributing computer components, securing sales and managing installation.

Major clients and projects included the US Embassy (installation & commission of 400KVA UPS), the Army Data Processing Unit (Sun Systems UNIX based WAN/LAN at ADPU HQ), a 200 user LAN at NSSA, WAN+LANs at the Water Department countrywide, and the rolling out of Econet Wireless’ first ever WAN+LAN.

Rosinah Hove – B.Acc (UZ), CA (Z)

Non Executive Director

Rosinah is a seasoned professional, who has worked in senior finance roles for over ten years.  She completed her first degree with the University of Zimbabwe before proceeding to Pioneer Bus Company where she worked as an Assistant Accountant.  She left Pioneer to join Deloitte and Touche to pursue her Chartered Accountancy Training, which she completed in 2004.

Shortly after qualifying, Rosinah joined Peak Holdings, the parent company of Celsys Limited, as part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Team, a role she held until she took up the position of Finance Director for Celsys Limited.  During her tenure at Celsys Limited, she gained extensive exposure to the reporting requirements for listed entities, corporate governance matters, stakeholder management and human resources management in addition to the traditional financial reporting, working capital management and internal control systems functions of the role.

During this period at Celsys, Rosinah was selected to participate in the Fortune 500/ Vital Voices mentorship program and as a result underwent a month-long secondment to General Electric in the USA.  Since leaving Celsys, Rosinah has headed up the finance function at Liquid Telecom Zimbabwe, with regional responsibilities extending to the DRC, Zambia and Botswana.
